Blackberry Cobbler







Recipe Source – Betty Crocker

Ingredients
Blackberries – 1 cup
All purpose flour – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk – ½ cup
Butter – ¼ cup
(At room temp.)

Method
  1. In medium bowl, add black berries and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Leave it for 20 mins.
  3. Preheat oven to 3750F.
  4. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk and mix it.
  5. Stir in melted butter until blended. Spread in 8 inch pan.
  6. Place blackberries mixture over the pan.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 mins.
