Potato Poha |
Ingredients

poha – 2 cups

Method
- In a wide bowl, take poha and sprinkle water. It will become soft.
- Heat oil in a pan and temper it. Add potato, carrot pieces and fry it until fully cooked.
- Add poha, salt and mix well. Leave it for some time. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
