Ingredients
Apple
peeled & chopped – 1
Carrot
peeled & chopped – 2
Green
chilli – 8
Garlic
– 4
Tamarind
pulp – 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Oil –
1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Coriander leaves for garnishing
For tempering
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1 tsp
Urad
dal – 1 tsp
Curry
leaves – 10
Turmeric
powder – ½ tsp
Oil –
1 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add apple, carrot, chillies and saute for 10 mins.
- Transfer it to mixi jar, add pulp, garlic and salt. Grind it as smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, temper it. Add this to chutney.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
