Ingredients
Okra
/ Bendakaya – ½ kg
Broccoli
florets – 2 cups
Ginger chopped -5
Chopped
onion – ½ cup
Chopped
green chilli – 6
Ginger
garlic paste – 2 tsp
Peanut
powder – 1 tsp
Red
chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin
powder – 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
For tempering
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric
powder – 1 tsp
Curry
leaves – 1 string
Dry
red chillies – 3
Hing –
a pinch
Oil –
3 tsp
Method
1) Heat oil in a pan and temper it. Add onion, chillies and saute for 3 mins.
2) Add ginger garlic paste and mix for 3 mins.
Add okra, broccoli and cook until soft. Don’t cover
with lid.
3) Add chilli powder, peanut powder, cumin
powder, salt and mix well. Leave it for
5 mins.
4) Serve with rotis.
