Panch Phoran Mix



Ingredients
Saunf - 2 tsp
Methi seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Kalonji (onion seeds) - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp

Method
                    Mix all ingredients in equal quantity. Store in a air tight container.
