Ragi Malt




Ingredients
Ragi powder - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Jaggery - 2 tsp
Ealachi powder a pinch

Method

                     Dissolve ragi powder in 1/2 cup water. In a pan add remaining water, milk and let it boil. Add dissolved powder and mix well. Let it boil for 2 mins. Add jaggery powder, ealachi powder and mix well for 2 mins. Serve it.
