Ingredients
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Chopped garlic – 2 pods
All purpose flour / maida – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan add butter and lightly saute garlic, onion.
- Add maida and immediately pour milk and mix well. Bring them to boil.
- Add salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
