Cranberry Rice





Ingredients
Cooked rice – 2 cups
Cranberries – 1 cup
Green chillies – 5
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt to taste

For tempering
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 string
Hing – a pinch
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Oil – 3 tsp

Method

                       In a mixi jar add cranberries, green chillies and make rough paste. Heat oil in a pan and temper it. Add rough paste and sort for 3 mins. Add rice, garam masala, salt and mix well and sort for 5 mins. Serve with raita.
