Ingredients
All purpose flour -
1 kg
Sugar - 250 gm
Ghee -1/2 cup
Palmolein oil to
make a dough
Ealachi powder - 2
tsp
Method
In a mixi jar add sugar,
ealachi and make powder. In a bowl, add flour, sugar, ghee and mix well. Add
oil to make a dough. Divide into balls. Make cookies. Bake for 3500C
for 15 - 20 mins. Cool it.
