Ingredients
Chicken – 500 gm
(Skinless & boneless)
Finely chopped onion – 1 cup
For Marination
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
Curd – ½ cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Paste
Palak leaves – ½ cup
Mint leaves – ¼ cup
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Green chillies -3
Method
Clean chicken and wash thoroughly. In a
bowl add chicken marinating ingredients and mix well. Leave it as for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till onion turn to light brown. Add
marinated chicken and saute for 10 mins. Add 1 cup of water and cover with lid.
Cook for 15 mins till the chicken is tender. Add green paste and beaten
curd. Cook for 20 mins on medium flame.
Serve Hot.
