Ingredients
Mushroom
chopped – 2 cups
Bell
pepper / capsicum cubes – 1 cup
Chopped
onion – 1 cup
Green
chilli pieces – 4
Ginger
garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin
powder – 1 tsp
Coriander
powder – 1 tsp
Red
chilli powder – 2 tsp
Salt
to taste
For tempering
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Red
chillies dry – 5
Turmeric
powder – ½ tsp
Curry
leaves -10
Oil –
2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and temper it.
- Add onion, green chillies and fry until it turns to color change.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
- Add mushroom, pepper cubes and cook for 10mins.
- Add all powders and salt. Mix well. Leave it for 5 mins. Serve.
