Ingredients
Bell
pepper / Capsicum chopped – 1
Chopped
spinach – 1 bunch
Chopped
tindora / dondakaya – ½ cup
Chopped
green chillies – 8
Onion
chopped – 1
Salt
to taste
For tempering
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Red
chillies dry – 5
Curry
leaves -10
Oil –
2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and temper it.
- To this add onion, green chillies, spinach, tindora, capsicum and fry for 10 mins. Cool it.
- Transfer it to a mixi jar add salt and grind it. Serve with rice or dosa.
