Ingredients
Bell
pepper / Capsicum – 1
(Cut
into cubes)
Onion
– 1
(Cut
into cubes)
Meal
maker – 1 cup
Garlic
pieces – 2 pods
Soya
sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato
sauce – 1 tsp
Chilli
sauce – 1 tsp
Lime
juice – ½ tsp
Pepper
powder – 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Method
Boil
water in a bowl, add salt and meal maker and allow them to boil for 2 mins.
Squeeze
the entire water from meal maker. Keep it aside.
Melt
butter in a pan, add garlic and fry for a while.
Add meal
maker and fry for 4 mins.
Add
capsicum, onion cubes to the same pan and fry for 5 mins until or half cook.
Add
lime juice and mix for a while.
Add
salt, pepper powder and mix for 2 mins.
Add all sauces and
mix for 2 mins and serve.Linking to :
