Ingredients
Basmati
rice cooked – 1 cup
Palak
puree – 1 cup
Chopped
onion – 1 medium
Green
chilli – 5
Ginger
garlic paste – 1 tsp
Garam
masala – ½ tsp
Sugar
– ¼ tsp
Salt
to taste
For tempering
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1 tsp
Whole
garam masala – 2 Tsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Oil –
2 tsp
Butter
– 1 tsp
Method
- Heat oil and butter in a pan. Temper it.
- Add chopped onion and fry until color changes.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes.
- Add green chillies, palak puree, sugar, salt and fry for 5 mins.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Serve with raita.
