Ingredients
Wheat
flour – 1 cup
Sugar
– 3 tsp
Milk
– ¾ cup
Blackberries halves – ½ cup
Butter
– 3 Tsp
Method
- In a bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add butter (2 Tsp), milk and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5 mins. Add blackberries.
- Heat a pan, apply butter.
- Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on tawa like mini set dosa and cover it with lid.
- Cook it on low flame. Turn the pancake. Serve.
