Ingredients
Ragi
flour – 2 cups
Cooked rice
– ½ cup
Water
– 5 cups
Salt
to taste
Method
In a
heavy bottomed vessel, add water, rice and salt.
Cook the rice for 5 mins. Add flour. Don’t mix it. Close it with lid.
Cook
on low medium flame for 20 mins. After that remove from the flame.
Mix
it with pappu gutti or wooden spatula.
Wet
your palms take small dough and make balls.
