Ingredients
Blackberries
– 1 cup
All
purpose flour – ½ cup
Sugar
– ½ cup
Baking
powder – 1 tsp
Salt a
pinch
Milk –
½ cup
Butter
– ¼ cup
(At
room temp.)
Method
- In medium bowl, add black berries and sugar. Mix well.
- Leave it for 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 3750F.
- In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk and mix it.
- Stir in melted butter until blended. Spread in 8 inch pan.
- Place blackberries mixture over the pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 mins.
