Ingredients
Dried ginger – 1 piece
Pepper – 15
Ajwain – 2 tsp
Garlic crushed – 2 pods
Water – 1 big glass
Method
Grind pepper, ajwain, dried
ginger in a mixi jar. Add water to a bowl and followed by garlic to the rest of
the ingredients powder. Let it simmer till the water reduced to ½ cup. Strain
the Kashayam and serve warm.
