Cooked
rice – 1 cup

– 4 tsp

chilli – 3
Curry
leaves - little
Green peas - 2 tsp
Green peas - 2 tsp
Oil –
2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Cashew
nuts (optional)
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashew nuts. Transfer them into a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera, green chilli, curry leaves and stir for a minute. Add salt and stir.
- Add peas and fry for 4 mins.
- Add cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with cashew nuts.
- Serve with dal / raita.
