Ingredients
APF
– 2 cups
Sugar
powder – ¾ cup
Blueberries
– ¾ cup
Ghee/butter
– 3 Tsp
Baking
soda – ½ tsp
Milk
– 1 cup
Method
In a bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add butter (2 Tsp), milk and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5 mins. Add blueberries.
Heat a pan, apply butter. Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on tawa like
mini set dosa and cover it with lid. Cook it on low flame. Turn the dosa.
