Ingredients
Cluster
beans (gokarakaya) – ½ kg
Fresh coconut
pieces – 1 cup
Green
chillies – 5
Coriander
powder – 1tsp
Salt
to taste
For Tempering
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Jeera
– 1 tsp
Chana
dal – 1 tsp
Urad
dal – 1 tsp
Oil
– 2 tsp
Curry
leaves – 1 string
Method
In a mixi jar add beans, coconut pieces,
green chillies and grind it roughly. In a pan add oil and temper it. Add
grinded rough paste and cook it on low medium flame. It may take 15-20 mins.
Now add coriander powder and mix well for 3 mins. Serve.
