Ingredients
Paneer fried – 150 gm
Brown onion paste – ½ cup
Tomato puree – 2 cup
Heavy whipping cream – ½ cup
Green peas – 1 cup
(Boiled & fried in butter)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chillies -3
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Whole garam masala – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
In a pan add butter and melt it. Add onion
paste, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. Add whole garam masala and fry
for 2 mins. Add tomato puree, green chillies and salt. Fry till oil oozes out
in medium flame. Add the cooked peas and mix well for 5mins. Add the well
beaten whipping cream and mix for 5 mins. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5-6
mins. If you need thick gravy add little water. Add kasoori methi, coriander
powder, garam masala powder and cook for 2 mins. Garnish with Coriander leaves
and cream. Serve with roti.
