Ingredients
For Dough
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Stuffing
Finely chopped lettuce / cabbage – ½ cup
Finely chopped green chillies – 2
Finely chopped capsicum – small piece
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 Tsp
Grated carrot – 1
Tomato ketchup
Butter – 2 Tsp
Method
Make
dough using wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Cover it and keep it aside for 30
mins. Roll out as chapathi apply tomato ketchup, sprinkle lettuce, capsicum, coriander
leaves, green chilli, carrot and keep another chapathi and press the corners.
Heat a tawa apply butter and keep the chapathi again apply butter over top.
Cook on both sides. Serve hot.

ReplyDeleteI confess, I had to go look up Paratha before I read the recipe! But I love this! I know it is not like tortillas, but my hubby's grandmother used to make a type of mexican flatbread that was delicious and I cannot wait to make yours! It is a lovely sandwich and I thank you for sharing!
