Ingredients
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Grated Kakarakaya – ½ cup
(Peeled green part)
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Jeera – 1 Tsp
Chopped green chillies – 3
Chopped coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Method
In a bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Add enough water to make soft dough.
Add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Cover the dough with a cloth and rest it for 15
mins. Divide the dough into balls. Roll it as chapathi. Heat a tawa, add butter
and cook the roti both sides. Serve hot.
