Ingredients
Sorakaya
– 2 cups
Capsicum
– 1
Red
chilli powder – 2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Masala
Roasted peanuts – ½ cup
Garlic – 6 pods
Red chillies (dry) - 4
In a mixi jar add all above ingredients and
make paste
For tempering
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 string
Oil – 2 tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan and
temper it. Add sorakaya pieces, capsicum pieces, salt and mix it well. Cover it
with lid and cook it on low flame for 10mins. Add red chilli powder, ground
masala and mix it well. Cook for 5-10 mins and serve.
