Ingredients
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Jeera – 5 gm
Ajwain (Vamu) – 5 gm
Pepper powder – 10 gm
Oil – 50ml
Ghee – 50 ml
Salt to taste
Method
In a
bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Add water little by little to make smooth
dough. Make very very small balls. Using rolling pin, just roll once. Deep fry in
oil. Store in air tight container.
