Ingredients
Chicken
– ½ kg
(Boneless
& skinless)
Chopped
onion – 1 large
Turmeric
powder – 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Red
chilli powder – 2 tsp
Oil
– 3 tsp
For ground masala
Coconut
pieces – ¼ cup
Whole
garam masala – 2 tsp
Black
pepper – 2 tsp
Ginger,
garlic pieces – 2 tsp
Saunf
– 1 tsp
Coriander
powder – 1 tsp
Green
chilli – 3
Tomato
– 1
Chopped
coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Preparation
In a mixi jar grind coconut
pieces. To this add remaining masalas, coriander leaves and ground it. To make a
smooth paste, add little amount of water.
Method
Wash and marinate the chicken.
Keep it aside for 30 mins. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till turn to
light brown. Add marinated chicken and saute for 10 mins. on medium heat. Add
ground masala and cook until chicken becomes soft.
