Ingredients
All Purpose flour – 2 cups
Fresh blueberries – 1 cup
Ripe & mashed banana – 1
Sugar – ¾ cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Milk – ½ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Oil – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 3500C.
Sieve flour twice. In a bowl, mix curd, milk, sugar and banana. Add baking
powder, baking soda. Now add oil, vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and mix
well. Wash the blueberries, dry it using paper napkin. Add it to the batter and
mix evenly. Line the muffin tray with cups. Add batter upto ¾ of the cup. Bake
for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool over a wire
rack.
