Ingredients
Grated Potato – 1 cup
Daliya – ¼ cup
Peanuts – ¼ cup
Chopped green chilli – 4
Curry leaves – few
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method
Heat oil in a kadai. Add
grated potato and fry until it becomes crisp. Collect the potato mixture on
tissue paper. Fry daliya, peanuts separately and collect on tissue paper. Fry
green chillies, curry leaves. Mix all fried ingredients. Sprinkle red chilli powder,
salt. Mix well.
