Ingredients
Raw
rice – 1 ½ cup
Methi
seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped
cabbage – 2 cups
Chopped
coriander leaves – ½ cup
Curry
leaves – 1 string
Chopped green chilli - 2
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
Soak rice in water for 3 hours. Grind them with cabbage, green chilli together to a batter. Add curry leaves and salt to the batter. Mix well. Heat a tawa, apply oil and
once the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter in the center and spread like
dosa. Cook both sides. Serve with chutney.
