Ingredients
Cooked rice – 1 ½ cup
Boiled chickpeas – ¾ cup
Chopped onion – ¼ cup
Carrot pieces – ½ cup
Ginger pieces – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
For Tempering
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Jeera / Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 string
Hing a pinch
Oil – 2 tsp
Method
In a pan add oil and temper
it. Add onion, carrot, ginger, chickpeas, salt and mix it well. Cook for 7 mins
on medium flame. Add rice, garam masala and mix well. Serve with raita. Linking to:
